今天收到EB1A RFE的信，是TSC officer XM382. 有几个问题想请教一下大家。
（1）原petition letter里claim 了4条，被RFE了三条。如果回复的时候想拿掉一条应
该怎么操作？需要在信里提出来自己不claim那一条了吗？这么写好像有点怪怪的。还
是回复的时候就不把那一条写进去？
（2）RFE 里包括这么一项：“Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, 204.5(h)(5)
states, "---- the petition must be accompanied by clear evidence that the
beneficiary is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of
expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s) from prospective employer(s),
evidence of prearranged commitments such as contracts, or a statement from
the beneficiary detailing plans on how he or she intends to continue his or
her work in the United States..."
Accordingly, you are requested to submit such evidence, which should clarify
where, when and how Dr. xx will continue to work in the area of expertise. ”
请问这是RFE模板里的吗？有人遇到过这个吗？我们已经在petition letter里提及未来
的research plan，怎么还问这个呢？这种情况怎么处理？
