I paid a law company $600 for my family's H-4 application. but there is a mistake in the H-4. the law company ask me to pay extra $350 to fix it. he said he provide correct information, USCIS goverment made mistake. and USCIS asking $350 to fix it. I feel angry that I pay USCIS's mistake. first I think USCIS should fix it without charge, second, if it's the policy of USCIS, then the law company should pay it, why me?
BTW :USCIS charge how much if I apply by myself?
Thanks
