Could you please reply the following question?
In the I-140 RFE letter, the immigration officer provided the following information about "Published material about the alien in professional or major trade publications or other major media":
"The petitioner is requesting consideration under this criterion, generally from journal and internet reporting of his research collaborations. If additional evidence of this criterion is to be submitted, it must also clearly indicate that the work is significant: an unevaluated listing in a subject matter index or footnote, or reference to the work without evaluation is insufficient, or a mere reference to her work or inclusion of his publications in bibliographies or footnotes, would also be insufficient for this criterion. The materials should be “about” the alien and appear in major trade publications or other major media."
The question is here: whether or not the originally submitted evidence met ther requirements for this criterion?
