Sorry can not type Chinese in this computer, I will descibe my case as detailed as possible.
2001,Master degree worked in a pharma in New York.
2003, submitted Labor for EB2
2004, New York Department of Labor had been busy processing green cards for people in New York city after amnesity by Clinton. Legal cases got stuck in 2002. So abondoned application and moved to North Carolina in 2004 because North Carolina Department of Labor was very fast.
2005, state department of labor processing was eliminated and PERM started.
Feb, 2006, Labor Certificate submitted and got approved Apirl, 2006.
July, 2006, I-140 submitted;
Feb. 2007, I-140 approved.
Sept. 2007, I-485 filed for me, wife and daughter.
Jan, 2008, Fingerprint for me, wife and daughter.
June, 2009, second Fingerprint for me and wife.
July 28, 2010, third fingerprint for me and wife.
July 14, wrote to congressman and Senator.
Aug 2, 2010 got reply from the congressman,our cases are with an officer and should expect get decision within 30 days.
Aug 9, 2010 filed Service Request
2 pm, August 11, case status:Initial Review;
4 pm, August 11, Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

Advice:
I am not 100% certain Service Request helps,but it is very difficult for me not to believe it helps either.
Congressman is more helpful than Senator since USCIS has Congressional Coordinators just for congressional inquiry. I still have not received anything from the senator.
If people with bad luck like me can got GC, you should all get it very soon.
I want to thank those volunteers like Xiaobaidu, Pjiang, etc. You guys really help a lot of people. Thanks!
Good luck to everybody.
