我体检时，PPD18mm,x-ray正常。
医生就在classification那选的是：Class B, Latent TB infection.
还把第五页上的part3: referral to health department给填料。
让我去health department去填part 4: to be complted by helath department performing referral evaluation.

昨天经网上朋友指点说latent TB infection 不用填part3/part 4。我自己看料看移民局的文件也觉得不用填。但是刚刚去问医生，他说如果不填，200%被退回来（RFE).
让我自己看着办。

那位前辈有经验，多谢指教
