1). Last november,I changed my status from H4 to F1. The original I-94 was submitted to USCIS as part of the supporting documents. At the bottome right of my F-1 approval notice(I-797) there is a "departure record" which looks like my I-94, with some words saying that "please detach it and staple to your previous I-94 if availale. "
2). I'm going back to china next month. Which I-94 should I use as a departure record: the copy of my previous I-94(the one that has been submitted to USCIS), or the one I tore off from my I-797 approval notice?
