Hi, my sister is a professor in china mainland, she has come to USA for conference last two years. If i apply for I-130 for her, will she still get the B2-visa to usa conference? or she will no chance to usa 10 years?
Her daughter is 18 years old and prepare for usa college, expect to go to usa next May. If I don't include her in the I-130 family member, will it not affect her to get non-immigrat visa?
