    Right now, the application for H1 B is slow. If they agree to do H1 B sponsorship and put down a specified day on it, what should we do if it is not approved in time?

   In addition, when we apply for H1 B, it will be the 2nd time for me. Do I need to put down any tracking number for the first H1? That one was cancelled.
