notary commission expiration day milaiworld2010-10-11 22:33:05

I am trying to use a marriage certificate translated during 2009 and notarized at the same time.  I just  noticed on the document, there is a sentence  "My commission exp. Aug 2, 2009" under the person who did the notary.

Could I still used the translation now in 2010?
