根据我学习皮匠老师博客后的理解,肯定是不需要的.只要在h4批准以后再去一趟墨西哥就可以了.但是公司的律师说Although we are requesting premium processing, the H-1B petition may not be approved within the 15 day period as the I-539 application has to be approved before they can approve our H-1B petition. 

请问有什莫红头文件可以让我引用,告诉律师她的理解是不对的.她现在讲我的start date必须推迟,搞不好我的offer要被她搞黄.请老师们一定帮忙.非常感谢!
