AP renewal pending over 110 days, need to go back to China to attend Join Venture Board Meeting held next Tuesday, air ticket date is Nov 7th this Sunday. Can I just walk in the local Texas field office to apply for an emergency AP? What kind of supporting reson I have? Severe financial loss to the company? (The JV board meeting will really need me to interpret and help the top bosses as they don't know much about the business customs in China + air ticket is $7000). Pls advise asap
