父母绿卡即将面试, 原来以为只要带上面试NOTICE和护照就可以了. 刚刚看了寄来的I797 NOTICE, 才发现要带一大堆东西:
I797 NOTICE上面写着: You Must Bring the Following Items With You,下面是一含10几个Item 的LIST.
针对LIST上的ITEM 有几个问题:
(1) All documentatuib establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status.
问:该file的材料我都 file了, 这里指的是什么?
(2) Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application. Otherwise, we may keep your orginals for our records?
问:难道所有我file给他们的材料,我还有再准备一份?
