I want to invite my sister and her family to visit me since our family including my parents who are visiting us involved in a car accident 4months ago. We are still in treatments. My sister and her son got rejected in March 2009 for B2 visa when I invited them to attened my graduation ceremony.
My sister does not have a job, my brother in law is a doctor. They are in mid-30s, her son is only 6 yr old. How do you think the probability of their visa approved? They have 3 houses in China. Is my sister's not-working still a problem? Does she have to have a job to get visa?
