help need on N400 david9909_072010-12-11 00:24:44

I know many N400 application in San Jose take only 3 month,

I got my green card on Jan 2005, filed N400 on Aug 20 this year, get FP notice one month later

and done the figner print on 10/20, but still I did not get the interview notice, online status remain no change as RFE.

what could happen? what check they need to be completed before they issue the interview notice?

 

my friend file later than me and he already done the interview 2 weeks ago
