I’m applying GC for my father, he’s in China . I just received NVC package #1 asking for payment for AOS fee and signed DS3032. Here’s my questions:
1, Regarding DS3032, if I’m my father’s agent. NVC will send all the letters to me. But once the case is transferred to Guang Zhou, Guan Zhou will send mails to my father directly. Is this correct?
2, Does signed DS3032 need to be mailed out by my father from China, or I can mail it out to NVC in US?
3. When I was filing I-130, I filled out my father’s mailing address in China in both English(by Han Yu Ping Ying) & Chinese. Now NVC is asking me to confirm his address in English. Will Guan Zhou use Chinese address to send mails to my father? If so, do I need to correct the English address, because NVC did misspell it.
4. NVC is asking for the payment for AOS, do I need to file I-864 with the payment this time?
