Questions for GC application in China bluebuddy2010-01-01 05:32:07

I'm in US, already a citizen. My mom lives with me, she already got her GC, I sponsered her in US. Now I want to apply GC for my dad in China. Should I follow the same steps to apply gc for my dad? Can anybody provide a detailed application steps.

你爸在中国，你只能先递I-130，不能递I-485。
