Dear friends,
I found a new position at another university and am going to transfer H-1 early next year. I know that I can start and get salary from the new one once I have the receipt from INS.
I have two month vacation time and it is apparent that I can not take vacation before I start at the new university. Can I legally get paid from my current University ( I have full time H-1 here) for that vacation time after I start working and get paid from the new one with the INS receipt? For example, receive salary from both universities in February and march, 2005. Thank you for your kind reply.
