A question needed to confirm with Mr 863211 or Mr P. JieBao2011-03-10 22:59:33

I got my perm and I-140 approved,(EB2, PD 01/2011)

My wife's PD is 09/2008 (Eb3, perm and I-140 also approved).

I read an article like blow:

移民局不允许将优先排期日从一个人转到另一个人，但是主申请人和从属申请人的身份可以掉换，从而达到适用配偶的更早的优先权日或者签证类型的目的。举个例子来说，先生的排期是EB-2 (2007年1月1日)，太太的排期是EB-3 (2003年3月1日)。如果当年的I-485 是以先生的EB2 提出的话，由于EB-2 目前排期未到，但是太太的EB-3 已经呈现有名额的状态，可以要求移民局将I-485 的主申请人由先生的EB-2转为由太太当主申请人并用太太的EB-3 排期。

I wonder if I understand right, I mean, when EB2 I-485 become current for 09/2008 in future, my wife can make I-485 application based on Eb2 category,and using her EB3 PD (09/2008) and she become main applicant, I am as spouse to apply I-485.

Am I right? Please confirm.
