Can someone please recommend an experienced immigration attorney, preferrably in the San Francisco Bay Area, or at least meeting the following criteria?
1. Familiar with the immigration laws in CA;
2. Have experience in filing for GC for H1-B holders working in CA.
Other remark: The attorney is not necessarily a Chinese lawyer who can speak native language as long as the above criteria are meet.
