When an H-1B petition takes months to prepare and proceed, requiring a lot of supporting documents and demanding huge efforts, the cancellation of an approved H-1B visa can be as simple as a false and short statement without any supporting document: "Please cancel the H1B visa for Dr. Nerd effective immediately. He is no longer employed at the University." And simply due to this effortless, short, and false statement, I lost all my rights and fall into a whirl struggling to keep my family and house afloat. Is this a right way?
