Here is my situation:
My OPT will expired in July 14 2011. I want to get an OPT extension. However, I have few questions.
I will get my degree at end of this semester(May or June)
And I will start an internship in June, but the company is not in the E-Verify list. Is gonna cost anything for the company to register the E-Verify? I am not sure if the company is willing to do it for me.
The other important thing is do you think is gonna have enough time for me to get everything ready in June since my this OPT will expired in July 14. Is there any gap I can wait for OPT extension?
