我多年前在中国申请亲属移民，后来我去了加拿大，便写信给移民局更改地址。因为我现在以F2身份在美国，所以又写信给移民局更改地址。开始他们找不到我的CASE，我把我以期的COPY寄给他们后，收到这样一封信：

Please advise this office if the beneficiary will adjust status in the U.S. or if he or she will process at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General listed below.

信的意思好像是他们把我的CASE转到了加拿大的OFFICE。我现在不知道我是不是应该通知他们再把它转回美国。曾看到有人说在加拿大处理会快一点，不知是真是假。我是加国公民，在美国至少还要呆三年。查了一下移民进度，估计还要排一年多以上。这种情况下，我应该怎么办？
