My wife changed her status from H1B to H4 on
September, 2004. Although She had been working from
2001 to August 2004, her I-94 card was stamped with March
29, 2004 during her last entry into the Status on January 26, 2004, while the
date on her H-1B application receipt is August 25, 2005. We did not notice it at all
until we filed her application fro change of status in September.
Although we had notified the INS of the mistake on her I-94 card during her H4 application and it had been approved, we still concern if there is any potential issues preventing her from getting the visa back to the States.
