EB2 priority current called for Service request but no confirmat history20082011-08-08 16:45:01

Hi All

My EB2 priority becomes current this month, I called CIS first thing in the morning of Aug 1 for a service request, but up till now I have not received any confirmation letter, is it normal? Any one can share some experiences? Thanks

Also I plan to write to Senator in a few days, any one has template/letter to share too? Thanks
