I have a question to ask regarding my parents B2 extension.
- I filed I539 for their extension in April
- My oarents went back China on June 22 since their I94 was expired on 6/27 and we haven't received any decision regarding their extension at that time.
- My parents came back on 7/14 and got 2 months stay on the new I-94
- Got extension approvals yesterday and new I94 in the mail, the new expiration date is in Dec.
I am really confused now, which I94 they should go with? Sep one or Dec one?
