I have one short question now. One hiring institution is interested in hiring me. They are cap-restricted. There are enough quotas left. If their offer can come within the next 15-20 days, can I still apply for H1B of the current fiscal year? If yes, will the starting time be one month later than the day of submitting the application?
BTW, the oral offer I mentioned previously didn't turn into formal. Too bad ::((. Sponsorship problem !!
