我老婆是H1b,公司正在帮助申请的绿卡。140批了，在排队中。
现在I-539, Chang of Status, 申请表中有两个个问题不是很肯定。
a. Are you, or any other person include on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
Yes no
b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
Yes no
问题 (b) 一定是yes. 因为公司正在帮助她申请绿卡。
我confuse在问题a), 如果b)是yes。问题(a)不就是重复了吗？
或者是，问题 a) 是在问你有没有自己正在申请绿卡，而不是雇主帮你申请的？如果这样，a)就应该是 "no", 对吗？
