My case is PD:07/31/2007 NIW
On 4th, Nov. online status was changed to Card production, and at the same day midnight, it was change to Decision.
On 9th, Nov. online status was change to post decision, and then this morning, the online status is change back to decision again.
Why? Does anybody have this situation? When can we receive the card?
