Hi, I really need help now.

I got a job offer, they will transfer my H1 visa from my current job H1, but I just can keep my current job until 1 Nov. so they are not sure if they can get h1 transfer done before 1 Nov. if not my H1 visa will have a gap, is it OK?

I have EAD, so may I use the EAD for this gap time?
