急问: I-864 表和I-485一起发, I-864要付钱吗 ($88)? 马兰花开二十一2011-11-23 02:23:18

向大师们急问: 我是公民, 父母现在在美国(B2 visa), 我替父母申请绿卡, concurrently file I-485, I-130, I-131.  I-864 is a required document for I-485.  在这个package 里, 我的问题是: I-864 要filing fee 吗 ($88)? If the answer is Yes, whom should I make the check payable to??

USCIS 网站上说 "Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad.".
