hi experts. I received a ref letter from ins. the following is the content of the letter.

You have submitted a brief description of the job
duties with the initial filing,however the description
submitted is not persuasive in establishing that
position qualifies as a 'Specialty Occupation'.The
evidence submitted is not sufficient to establish that
the job is specialty in scope,ie requires at least
baccalaureate degree in a directly related field.

please submit evidence showing that you hire
individuals with a BA in a specific field of study as
a standard minimum requirements for the job offered.

submitting a list of individual currently employ in
this position and the degree and fieldof study held by
the employees listed may satisfy this rewuirement.

How many other individuals do you employ in similar
position? OF these, how many hold at least a BA> In
what field of study?

My question is:
The company has never hired individuals doing this job before. It is a small company and they created this position for me. Can i modify my job description to make it more convincing that a person with a BA is needed.

are there any other options for me? Any input is welcome
