re-file or re-link for my case vivianyu2011-12-20 21:34:26

My hu*****and filed EB3 I140 & I485 concurrently in July 2007; he applied I-485 for me too.

My employer applied EB2 I-140 for me and now my priority date is current.

Under this circumstance, should I

1)      Re-rile I-485 for me and my hu*****and

2)      Re-ling my approved EB2 I-140 to my previous EB3 i485 which my hu*****and applied for me?

My employer will pay the expense for me and my hu*****and.

I really need your help with my case, I have no idea about re-link or re-file.
