I have questions regarding H-1B extension
1. I was with company A as H-1B for one year. I am currently working at company B as a H-1B worker. The 3 years with company B is running out. I will be continuing working with company B. I know that I will have only 2 years left since the maximum period for H-1B is 6 years. but since I have started applying for Green Card. My labor certificate application is still pending. So the H-1B extension I am going to apply for shall be 2 more years or 3 more years (2 years +1 year)
2. What do the supporting documents for H-1B extension include? Do I need to submit the initial evidences that have been submitted before for applying a new H-1B?
3. Do I need to submit the form I-129W?
