My parents'visa to US were denied Oct 29 in Beijing, the VO didnot look my documents and only asked my parents several questions:
1)purpose to US? (see my son);
2) do you have job in China?(no, retired);
3) your salary in China?(??);
4)how many children do you have?(4, 3 in China).
When my father asked for the reason, the VO just said:"look the reciept and you will know the reason. your visa is denied!" He was kind of rude. there is one line in the reciept: according to article 243 b and c(?) of US immigration law, your visa is denied".
my situation: my I-20 is due to next year, my wife changed status here. my parents were almost 70 years old.
please give some suggestions.
