Dear pjiang,

 

1. I files 485 in Jan., 2012, I got Ref yesterday. Ask for my current job description, title, salary and start date etc. I’m still with the original company, and I can get all these from my company, and mostly will match my perm application. But my biggest concern is my salary: my current salary is only 88% of my perm request salary, will that be a problem to my 485?

2. If it is OK, how long will my 485 get approved after I submit this ref.
