I’m applying GC by NIW, my I-140 approved and I-485 pending. At the end of last Nov. I changed job, and transferred my H1-B to my new company, it was approved at the end of Jan, 07. But I made a stupid mistake, I never check my bank. By last week, I realized I never received any pay checks from my company. After negotiate with my company, they said it’s too late to make up my pay through regular payroll system, they agree to pay me in cash. But my concern is, first whether my H1-B still valid, since I only get cash payment, no document can approve that I was working. Second, whether my GC application will be affected? What should I do now?
