My daughter is holding F1 visa and her I-485 is pending. She will go to her graduate school this Fall but she cannot transfer her F1 since immigration intention. Therefore, she has to go to AOS.

There are two ways: stay in US and do nothing with the new school. She already has AP and EAD. The question is that she will hold the old F1 I-94 card.

I am think if it is better to go out and come back with a AOS I-94 card. Is there any risk associating with this travel?

Her mum and I also have AP. We may also travel with her together and come back with AOS I-94. Is there any risk associating with us?
