2012年3月8日在移民局网站上查到485批准状态，昨天（4月11日）查到My Case Status是Card/ Document Production，On April 10, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
上个月底（3月30日），由于485批准20多天没收到卡，给移民局打了电话，今天收到回复的邮件内容如下：

请教老师，依邮件为准，还是以网上查的状态为准？我的卡是不是寄出来了？
