Just found that my I-140 EB1-EA case was approved by online status check.
I personably don't believe this online status since VSC is known for its slow processing.
I doubt there may be something wrong with VSC, since they received my application on Sep 2 this year (2004). Two months is too short to believe.
I submitted my second I-140 (NIW) and they received it last Monday (by USPS package track), although I still haven't received the notice from them and the checks haven't been cashed.
Is it possible that they made a mistake when trying to connect my second 140 to my first one?
Information: EB1-EA, with 30 papers, an award from university. DIY
Anyone has similar experience?
Hope the VSC server is working and this news is realiable!
