485PD: 8/30/04
FP: 3/21/04
7/10/05: change address, LUD a few times
AD: 8/10/05, approved
8/11/05: online update: card ordered
8/13/05: card order completed on 8/13/05 and has been sent out (Saturday)
8/16/05 LUD, and received card (Tuesday).
