My hu*****and and I have been living in Michigan for 10 years. My hu*****and ever worked in CA and WI, but he traveled back during holidays or weekends. I didn't move with him due to my work in Michigan. We have house here. Yesterday we had the civilization interview and test. My hu*****and was asked to provide proof that he has resided in Michigan since before October 05, 2011. The officier gave him a suggested list. There are 16 items on it, such as Department of Motor Vehicle Printout, Proof of employment, etc
Should he provide all items? I don't understand why state residence is important for applying US citizen? What items are most important? Will he be denied? Thanks a lo!
