请教大师:I-765 Renewal RFE YGHWXC2013-01-01 03:51:31

My wife (H4) and I (H1) applied for I-765 renewal (I-485 was submitted last Jan.), and she got RFE stating below:

USCIS records show that you have a pending Form I-485; however, we were unable to locate the underlying immigrant petition associated with your application for adjustment of status. Submit evidence, such as a copy of an I-797C Receipt Notice, that a properly filed underlying immigrant petition (such as Form I-140, I-130, I-360, I-526) has been filed for you.

Would you help me understand what's needed here? She doesn't have I-140 since she has H4, and I'm not sure her expiring I-130 would help. I have my I-140 receipt notice but I don't have RFE and am not sure if this is what's needed for here RFE.
