I submit the I-485 for me and my hu*****and. My hu*****and is working in a company in China.
Becuase his salary is very high, the tax in China is very high. We realized that he has to pay the tax in US after the get the green card.
Therefore, we need a solution to void the double taxes in two countries.
The question is, can I withdraw my hu*****and CAS# and hold it until he needs it? (eg laid-off by the China company).
He is now using the EAD and AP card. If we withdraw it, which visa he can apply? ( I am AOS).
If he get the green card, can he apply to cancle it? Do we need to pay for the cancelation? what is the negative aspects for this cancelation?
