三个I-140，一个I-485，如何处理 请大家帮帮忙看看2004-11-09 11:38:03

I filed three I-140s based on EB-1A, EB-OR and EB2-NIW within 3months. The lawyer said since both NIW and EB-OR could be approved according to my background, he connected my I-485 to the I-140NIW. However, I do not have an intention to change job within several years,so my question is:1) Can I transfer the I-485 to make it connected with the EB2-OR now by informing the CIS? 2)If not, when EB-OR is approved while NIW is still pending, can I transfer the I-485 then.?
