现在给父母办绿卡。我听说绿卡持有人如果持绿卡超过5年，而且年龄超过65岁就可以享受政府医疗。拿到绿卡后，他们可不可以在中国每年住超过6个月。如果可以，需要办理什么申请？那么，如果父母这5年的绿卡是在这种情况下度过的，他们是否还可以享受政府医疗？
