我PERM和140已批，等着交485. 我所在公司类似于consulting firms, 在U.S.有好几个branch. 我一直在公司下的一个branch里工作，这个branch跟公司总部不在一个州。 公司最近搬到了另外一个州，虽然公司总部的搬迁一点不影响我现有的工作，但是公司有个律师说这种情况下我的PERM和140要重新走一遍，理由是'there is a change in the location of the business entity where the applicant will be employed", 可问题是我当时拿到的工作offer说的就是在我现在这个branch工作， 申请perm的时候公司也在job opportunity那一栏填了总部的地址和‘various locations in US’, 在我看来'the business entity where the applicant will be employed' 根本就没有change，请问8老师 我需要重新办PERM和140吗 谢谢！
