申请十绿，填I-751表遇问题，请教8老师 一壶浊酒笑谈中2013-10-06 05:20:43

K1的十绿已经拿到，现在我的K2单独申请十绿，填I-751表又遇问题，再次请教老师。万分感谢！

问题一：

表上是这样写的：

Part 2.  Basis for Petition

Joint Filing

My conditional residence is based on my marriage or my parent’s marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and I am filing this joint petition together with:

1.a.  口My spouse

1.b.  口My parent’s spouse because I am unable to be included in a joint petition filed by my parent and my parent’s spouse.

      单身的K2肯定不该选1.a.。 但好像该勾选1.b.,因为后面的签字部分好像有要求K1的配偶签字（下面的问题三中，我会讲到），好像就是说K2现在虽是单独申请，但也是加入到K1及其配偶以前的联合申请里来。这是我的理解。请问老师：要勾选1.b 吗？

 

问题二：

表上是这样写的：

Part 3.  Information about the petitioning spouse or, if filing as a child separately, information about the U.S. citizen or LPR stepparent through whom you gained your conditional residence.

Relationship

1.a.  口Spouse or former spouse

1.b.  口Parent’s spouse or former spouse

    接下来是要求填姓名、出生日期、社安号、住址等信息。

    如果把鼠标放在1.a.口 处，出现以下提示：Part 3.,C. Complete Only If You Are Applying Based on a Child/Parent Relationship based on an adoptive parent1.a. The adoption occurred before my 16^th birthday: Yes

    如果把鼠标放在1.b.口 处，出现以下提示：Part 3., C.Complete Only If You Are Applying Based on a Child/Parent Relationship.1.a. The adoption occurred before my 16^th birthday: No

   以上英文完全照抄，未做任何改动，包括大小写字母、标点符号。
    不太明白这些提示英文的意思，但我认为这部分是填K1的现配偶即美国公民的信息，K2不该选1.a., 请问：勾选1.b，对吗？

 

问题三：

表上是这样写的：

Signature of Spouse or Individual Listed In Part 3(if applicable)

3.a.   Signature of Spouse

    不知这个“配偶签名”是指哪个配偶？如果是指申请人的配偶，K2是单身，这里就该空着；如果Part 3 中填的是K1的配偶，那这里就是K1的配偶即美国公民的签名。请问：这里该如何处理？
