Hi, My waiver recommendation letter was sent out by DOS at Sep 27. I got the receipt from USCIS yester day and it stated my recommendation letter was received at Nov 9! Today I checked California center processing time and surprised found that thery are processing the case they received at Aug 11. This is exactly the same as last month. They have not moved for past month!!!!
