尊敬的8老师，
我最近2年都是拿的1099报税的，主要收入是来自佣金和提供一些marketing service, 所以，employment填写的时候，应该是写self-employed是吗？而不是为我提供1099的customer（其实就是1个customer），是吗？
另外，在写employment verification letter的时候，我应该怎么写？就写 I am currently self-employed, I provide marketing service for ***，the monthly payment from *** is $$$. 这样写可以吗？
我还需要提供最近的pay slip吗？
