Hi

I have one problem and want to know how to deal with it.

I got an offer this summer and the new company are doing H1 file transfer for me, and it has been filed in USCIC.

but another better offer came to me and I regret to take the first one. I want to change to the second offer, could somebody tell me how to deal with it?
